Jakub Smarz

Jakub has over 10 years of experience in corporate, marketing and advertising communications. He currently manages the Talent Brand Accenture team in Poland, whose task is to build the Accenture brand among the candidates and employees of the company. He believes that an integrated corporate communication strategy should consistently take into account the entire ecosystem of customers, suppliers, employees, candidates and the environment in which the organization operates. He successfully implements the organizational change consisting in combining and systematizing the distributed competences affecting the experience of the candidate, employee and aluminum. A graduate of the Faculty of Political Science at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and post-graduate Public Relations studies at the University of Warsaw and the Polish Academy of Sciences. He participated in international courses and training, including Black Belt PRO in Internal Communication (CEB / London) or the annual Employer Brand Leadership program at Employer Branding College.
