Strategy and Marketing Director at IBM Poland. For over seventeen years, she has been passionately involved in B2B marketing, strategy creation and organization change. She gained her experience in Poland and in Central and Eastern European markets, responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for individual industry segments and IBM services. In her work, she also implemented sales, internal communication and organizational culture programs, building employee involvement in brand building. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, postgraduate studies at the Chartered Institute of Marketing and MBA at the University of Warwick.
